• Triangle Lapidary is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

• If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and documentation.

• Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
